What Works Best

We’re a small team and we can’t help with everything, but here’s what we’re well-suited to help with:

Corrections. If you spot a factual error, outdated information, or a discontinued product in one of our guides, we want to know. Send us the URL and the issue. We update guides on a rolling basis as feedback comes in.

Product suggestions. If there’s a water-treatment product we should test or include in a future guide, tell us about it. Bonus points for telling us why it’s worth covering (your own experience, market positioning, specific use case it solves).

Topic requests. Is there a water-treatment question you wish someone had answered honestly? Pitch it. We add topics to our editorial backlog based on reader requests.

Affiliate partnership inquiries. If you represent a water-treatment brand and want to discuss an affiliate relationship, contact us with a link to your affiliate program and the commission/cookie details.

What We Can’t Help With

Specific water-quality diagnoses. We’re not water-quality professionals or plumbers. If you have a specific contamination issue in your home, we recommend ordering a comprehensive water test from a certified lab (Tap Score, Watercheck, or your local extension office). We can help you interpret general categories of test results in our guides, but we can’t diagnose individual situations.

Installation troubleshooting for specific products. Contact the manufacturer or a licensed plumber for product-specific install issues.

Discounts or referral codes. We don’t have these to give out. Manufacturer prices are what they are.

Guest post or backlink requests. We don’t accept guest posts or do link exchanges. Thanks for thinking of us, but the answer is going to be no.

Response Time

We aim to respond to all reader emails within 2-3 business days. Partnership inquiries may take longer as we evaluate fit. Spam, mass-marketing pitches, and unrelated sales outreach will not receive a response.
